"Today we are celebrating the completion of the book of Joshua; the first step in a long journey.  It is our hope that many more will join the Al haPerek community and that our final completion will be held in Israel's National Convention Center.  I want to thank all of you—those who share in our love for Tanach, who have joined us on this journey to better acquaint ourselves with Tanach's books and ways, who learn consistently each week, who share in our vision and understand that even the grandest dreams must be realized in small, consistent steps. We bless all of you with God's blessing to Joshua to stay "strong and courageous" and we pray that God's Torah will become our inheritance."
