MondayParsha Perspectives: The Netivot Shalom-Dr. Dodi Tobin Day: Monday Hours: 08:30 - 09:45, Beit Shemesh Netivot Shalom was authored by Rabbi Shalom Berezovsky, the previous Slonimer Rebbe of Jerusalem. It is a work that transcends denominations, and is extremely popular even outside the Chassidic circles. The Rebbe has a refreshingly clear way of explaining complex concepts in Chassidut. This is a course that will expose us to the basic fundamentals of Chassidut in a way that is both comprehensible and uplifting, providing us with new spiritual insights into the parsha.
Portion of the Week ThursdayIn Depth Study of Sefer Bemidbar -Dr. Avigail Rock Day: Thursday Hours: 08:30 - 09:45, Beit Shemesh In this course, we will study and analyze the events of Sefer Bemidbar, through the pshat, and the eyes of medieval and modern commentaries, with a focus on the messages of the stories.
