Cancellation policy

Cancelling registration is by written request only, stating the date of cancellation, the number of classes attended and reasons for cancellation.

• For cancellation up to two weeks prior to commencement of studies there will be a non-refundable registration fee of NIS 100.
• For cancellation up to one month after commencement of studies – 80% of fees will be refunded.
• For cancellation up to two months after commencement of studies – 50% of fees will be refunded.
• There will be no refund for cancellation after two months of study.
• Cancellation of the Learn & Tour courses: A fee of NIS 100 will be charged for cancellation up to two weeks prior to commencement of the program; there will be no refunds after that time.
