Shevet Asher

Dr. Yosefa (Fogel) Wruble

holds a B.A. from Stern College for Women, Yeshiva University in Judaic Studies and creative writing; she has a teaching degree in Tanakh from Herzog College and is a graduate of Matan's Tanakh Scholars' Program.  Her Masters and doctoral studies have been completed at Bar-Ilan University's Bible department.  She is also a madrichat kallot trained by Matan and Merkaz Eden.
