Dr. Yael Ziegler
is the head of the Kitvuni Fellowship and a Matan lecturer. Dr. Ziegler teaches Tanakh at Herzog College and has lectured widely on various Tanakh topics in Israel, the United States, Canada, South Africa, Australia, and Europe. Dr. Ziegler is the author of Promises to Keep: The Oath in Biblical Narrative, Lamentations: Faith in a Turbulent World, and Ruth: From Alienation to Monarchy.

Rabbanit Malke Bina
Rabbanit Malke Bina founded Matan in 1988 and served as Director for 33 years. She has now taken on the role of President and she continues to guide Matan's growth and development. Rabbanit Bina is a visionary and is widely recognized for her revolutionary work in advanced Torah learning for women. She has won numerous prestigious awards including being decorated as a Yakir Yerushalayim - Worthy Citizen of Jerusalem - in 2021.
